After we had such an amazing time with you in our first Inside Flow Disco Night, we’re doing it again! 

I am super honored and happy to get together with my fellow Inside Flow senior teacher, the wonderful Janine from Lustforlife Yoga, for this special event!

Once again, we’re going to bring you together to flow into the weekend with us! Each one of us will teach you an Inside Flow that will get you in the groove and your heart pumping! Let’s party together and finish the week on a high, again!
