Take some time for you!
We'll start with some gentle, fluid movement to get into the body, before we dive deep into a number of yummy yin poses by candlelight and then melt into a long savasana.
Note: You'll need some props for this class – if you don't have yoga blocks or bolsters, that's fine, books, pillows, cushions and blankets, will do the trick too!
