We begin with a flowing sequence of asanas designed to be accessible for all levels, helping you tune into your body and anchor yourself in the present moment. The yoga flow gently warms and grounds you, setting the stage for the second part of the class — a live sound bath with crystal singing bowls.

The crystal bowls produce rich, resonant tones that guide you into a profound state of calm and restoration, soothing your nervous system and encouraging deep rest. This combination of movement and sound creates a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind.
