About the Workshop (English-language):

In this Inside Flow workshop, you’ll take all that openness from our first workshop, “Alignment for Feel-Good Backbends,” into your flow! 

Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to take the yoga practice deeper. In this workshop, Ami combines her years of dance experience with her passion for yoga to guide you through creative, flowing sequences to a playlist of modern music. Your body, your breath, and your movements become intertwined with no beginning and no end. By building up a sequence of yoga asanas bit by bit, you will dive into a state of flow – directing your gaze from the outside inward and deepening the connection to yourself.

During this workshop, we’ll flow through two Inside Flows that embody the full spectrum of this practice. Together, we will laugh, sweat, and feel all the feels – Inside Flow is challenging, but all the more rewarding for it.

About the Workshop (English-language):

Backbends, or heart-openers, are a favourite amongst many yogis and yoginis. Whether in a flow or static hold, opening up the front side of the body not only has a positive effect on your posture but your mood too. And when you find the optimal alignment for your own body (what feels good, rather than looks “good” 😉), they can create a unique feeling of freedom and also give you space to open up to yourself and others. In this workshop, we will look at the anatomy of the spine and the alignment of different back-bending asanas. You’ll learn how to prepare your body for backbends and cultivate strength and flexibility where you need it – so that you can feel into that open heart, not just on but off the mat too ❤️

In diesem Inside Flow Workshop nutzt Ami ihre langjährige Tanzerfahrung und Leidenschaft für Yoga, um Dir diesen einzigartigen Yogastil näherzubringen. Eine Choreographie mit Asanas wird aufgebaut, in der jede Atembewegung zu einer Körperbewegung führt – ein Inside Flow. Wir schauen bestimmte Asanas und Übergänge genauer an, um für eine gesunde Ausrichtung zu sorgen. Dabei lernst du den Blick von außen nach innen zu richten und entwickelst eine tiefe Verbundenheit zu dir selbst. Wir werden zusammen lachen, schwitzen, und über uns hinauswachsen – Inside Flow ist eine Herausforderung aber eine, die sich lohnt.

Sowohl für Inside Flow Fans als auch Inside Flow Neulinge (Allgemeine Yoga-Kenntnisse sind allerdings wichtig).

In this Inside Flow workshop, Ami uses her many years of dance experience and passion for yoga to introduce you to this unique style of yoga. A creative choreography of asanas will be built piece by piece, where each breath movement leads to a body movement – an Inside Flow. We will take a closer look at some specific asanas and transitions from Inside Flow to ensure healthy alignment. In doing so, you will be able to turn your gaze from the outside to the inside and develop a deep connection to yourself. Together we will laugh, sweat, and rise above – Inside Flow is a challenge but one worth taking.

For Inside Flow fans as well as Inside Flow newbies (general yoga knowledge is important though).
