What is Inside Flow?

Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to take the yoga practice deeper. We'll move through creative, flowing sequences to a playlist of modern music. Inside Flow is challenging, but all the more rewarding for it.

How do I join?

Simply book your class as usual via the booking system.

Is there a replay?

If you can’t make the class live, you can check the replay option when booking to receive the replay link after class. (Please note: the replay add-on costs 3,50€).
