Join me for a special Inside Flow masterclass and celebrate another year around the sun with me. This 90-minute masterclass on Friday 19th January at 6.45 pm (CET) will include a fun Inside Flow to a party playlist that will have you dancing on the mat and into your weekend 💃🏼

What is Inside Flow?

Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to take the yoga practice deeper. We'll move through creative, flowing sequences to a playlist of modern music. Inside Flow is challenging, but all the more rewarding for it.

How do I join?

Simply book your class as usual via the booking system.

Is there a replay?

If you can’t make the class live, you can check the replay option when booking to receive the replay link after class. (Please note: the replay add-on costs 3,50€).

How do I join?

*Registration opens on Wednesday 11.01 at 8.00 pm.*

Simply book your class as usual using the code “BIRTHDAY”. The class is then free and you’ll receive a Zoom link to take part :) However, I would invite you to make a donation for the class to Plan International for the class as a little “birthday present” ;)
