What is Inside Flow?

Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to take the yoga practice deeper. We'll move through creative, flowing sequences to a playlist of modern music. Inside Flow is challenging, but all the more rewarding for it.

How do I join?

Inside Flow Masterclass

Do you like the combination of modern music and yoga, or have you always wanted to try it? Then this masterclass is for you! In this masterclass, you can master a series of asanas choreographed to a specific piece of music. Each inhalation and exhalation leads to a movement, and the music connects the movements with your inner, emotional world. Complete symbiosis: your movements, your breathing, your body, your soul - your yoga!

Der Inside Flow ist ein Konzept, das von Young-Ho Kim entwickelt wurde. Die Einheit ist abgeleitet von Vinyasa Flow und ist eine Symbiose aus Tradition und Evolution. Zu moderner Musik wird eine Choreographie mit Asanas aufgebaut, in der jede Atembewegung zu einer Körperbewegung führt.

Kraftvolle Bewegungen bringen dich in den Augenblick, und erzeugen viel innere Hitze 😉 Eine Asana geht in die nächste über und du findest in eine bewegte Meditation mit deinem Körper. Das Thema der Einheit passt zu der Botschaft des Songs und schafft dadurch noch mehr Tiefe. Du kommst immer mehr in eine Anmut, in der dich dein Herz leitet. Für alle, die gerne ein dynamisches und kraftvolles Fließen erleben und ihre körperliche Kondition verbessern möchten. Geeignet für Geübte und Fortgeschrittene.

*Registration opens on Wednesday 11.01 at 8.00 pm.*

Simply book your class as usual using the code “BIRTHDAY”. The class is then free and you’ll receive a Zoom link to take part :) However, I would invite you to make a donation for the class to Plan International for the class as a little “birthday present” ;)
